S45 phone code locked - need help

To all of you guys, that might be able to help me:
I've been playin' around with my S45, changing pin codes, and phone code, and accidentally I loked my phone code, and now i can't insert my gsm card in my phone.
i'm sending you my log. if it's not to much to ask, could anyone please help me with this problem??!!!

Já agora o almeidinha pq razão é que mexeste na merda do log, quando o tento abrir dá erro, já retirei a tua informaçãozinha de "enviem este map para", e mesmo assim não dá, da próxima não mexes no log!!!!
