    Exclamation Permanently Locked?

    Hello everyone,

    I have a 8390 that my friend gave me as payment for money he owes me and I tried to unlock it, however, it gave me a error saying "Cannot Undo Restriction" on the first attempt. Is there anyway i can unlock it still? Thanks in advanced.

    Odd, the five attempt counter has run out it seems, only other way you can unlock it is cable (Go to a market stall, but it'll cost ~£10)

    But I don't know why the attempt counter has run out...did you remove the SIM card? I don't know how removing the SIM card before unlocking affects it but...
