6230 navigation and volume key problem

I bought a 6230 from Amazon, and after 2 week the phone left and right navigation key and volume control stop working...is this a software or a hardware problem?

most probably a hardware problem... try changing the UI Board... it should solve your problem!!

I purchase keyboard membrane from ebay, and after installing, the volume and left / right navigation key function, but one of the key (topmost left key) didn't work so I removed again the board to clean the contact and after I re-install the board the topmost left key work but the left/right navigation key and the volume stop to work again....is this really a hardware problem???
