T28 user code lock , help pls !!

Guys my t28 is locked user code !

I have a ericsson service cable for it , where can i get software to do this ??

reset it sec code even

First, download eeprom with ATR 5.3 by zulea, then open eeprom file with this soft (user code is in blue):
