T28 - I Can hear people but People Cannot hear me!!

I have a T28w and after I have drop it, people couldn't hear me but I can hear them.

Do you think it's the mic problem or the two little pong for the mouth piece?

try to open the phone and see if conector for mic on pcb isnt broken,measure wires are they ok and try to change complete doors with mic with someone to see if they are ok

I am having the same problem with my NEC e616v. I was told to change the mic. Have not done that yet but I think u should think about doing that.

Do u know how to change NEC e616v from line two (2) to line one (1)?
