For D500, D500E, D600, D600E using WIN IMEI and a serial D500 unlock cable with 9V connector:

Leave the phone battery in place and connect a 9V battery to the cable, when lauching any command under WinIMEI (Unlock, read, etc...) press ON on the phone for 2 seconds, and wait for end of the process.

Test more then 20 times, WORKS 100% (I am a pro Unlocker for 3 years)

This type of info is not always available, this is why I share it with You.

For 99% of my SAMSUNG jobs I use only 3 softwares :

REMEMBER when any job is done and the phone is in TAT mode, don't touch anything on the phone, just disconnect the cable, take the phone battery out, place any SIM card and replace the battery and start the phone. No SIM to test??? No problem, just turn the phone ON after replacing the battery and dial : *#7465625# and the 1st line tells you if the Network Lock is Active or Inactive.
