help needed for m/fbus 3310 data cable

my m/fbus 3310 data cable is working with some computers but not working with my computer. i read from a web page that this is a voltage problem of com port.

how can i make it work?

I call the low voltage problem a "weak" COM port.

Simple answer, get another machine. My advice is go and get an OLD computer (A 486 PC will do fine), install Win 98 SE on it and use it as a Nokia machine.

This PC will probably be free , and you SHOULD have a "strong" COM port.
