Hmm...

There are lots of people wanting to convert FBus to MBus... where do you people buy these FBus cables?

I first went around asking what cables I should buy n stuff so that I wasn't to lose any money

It's called smart-shopping

A MBus cable isn't expensive, it's probably same price or cheaper then the FBus cable you have Unless you're into electronics, then it would be fun converting the cable, surely it can be done, but seems like people are too stingy to tell, eitehr that or nobody knows (which I doubt)

TRY IT datacable Fbus have 3 line : ground,tx and rx , you can change to Mbus just only mix rx and tx cable to Mbus and tx connector your data cable

i already try in my 5110 data cables Fbus change to Mbus.
if you have pinout picture you can see it just mix or join rx and tx data cables to Mbus and tx pin in pinout schematic phone what you like
