Motorola T191 - keyboard jammed

how to solve motorola t191 where phone turns on but the keyboard is jammed, nothing happes whatever key i press . can someone tell me how to solve this problem ?

Hmm...

Somehow this is a frequent problem with T191, why, I don't know... a guy from work said that his phone went in for repair to the store twice because the keypad would stop working or the buttons wouldn't correspond to the features/menus that they were meant to target... I wonder why this happens...

Maybe it's the Sunlight I think this phone is meant to be used only at night
