7650 Help

Could anyone help me please on my 7650 phone?

I have this little problem when i was using system tools to reset my phone to factory i got this error when starting the phone:

"Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer."

Now i toke my phone to club nokia and there they told me the phone cant be repaired since he dosen't accept the new flash :(

Now my question his does anyone now how to help me fix this little problem?????

Read old post's about this in the 7650/3650 forum, I did post a fix on how to solve this, but you need a PKD-1 and lastest phoinex. It just the service center being lazy.
