7650 Help

Could anyone help me please on my 7650 phone?

I have this little problem when i was using system tools to reset my phone to factory i got this error when starting the phone:

"Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer."

Now i toke my phone to club nokia and there they told me the phone cant be repaired since he dosen't accept the new flash

Now my question his does anyone now how to help me fix this little problem?????

Read old post's about this in the 7650/3650 forum, I did post a fix on how to solve this, but you need a PKD-1 and lastest phoinex. It just the service center being lazy.
