    It only works with PIC to 20Mhz.....16F628 /20

    No........it should work 100% with PIC16F628/04 aswell...You can even overclock it by using a 8MHz crystal

    PIC16F628/020 is the best to use....very stable......even more stableif u use a resonantor instead of a XT
