My A35 can't find network!

Hi, everybody!

I had a A35 with SP and Phone code, a friend made a new map for the mobile and the phone can't find the network, before the operator logo is a "Q" symbol!

What can i do, to repair the problem?

Some other qustions:
>What data is saved in the eeprom of the phone and what is in the flash?
>Can I change only the language group of the phone?
>Can somebody explain me, what means witch field in the Sensortool?
Do somebody no what ar the right settings there for an A35_sw25?

make a new map...it will work

maybe the phone was damaged before unlocking...
