    diffrence between memory 3330 & 3410

    Can someone explane to me what the diffrence is between the memory of a 3330 and the memory of a 3410?
    Is it just the size? I think so because you can downgrade a 3330 to 3310/15. In that case if it is just the size it means that you can donwgrade 3410 to 3350? Am I right? And with the correct lcd to 3330? Not that it is very interesting to do that, but i was just wondering..
