3690 no earphone

Can somebody help me with a Motorola 3690

I don't have earphone audio but i have audio on external earphone

Hi Check the flex-foil connector in mainboard. Remove the foil from connector (clean it) & move to connector again. Press the bar in the connector & tested. If earphone is not work, take a fixer sponge to connector upper side (this press the foil to normal position).

If now the earphone is not work, check the flex-foil in display side.

Bad mainboard connector problems:
No display,
No display light
& no earphone.

try to change complete LCD (it comes with flex foil)
and if its not work then you have to change the speaker.
