Need help with Nokia 8850

I have a nokia LPT Flash Cabel and one Nokia 8850 locked on imei nr.
The phone has verison nr V5.25
I wonder what i can to change this imei nr.

IMEI change <----- with normal flasher cable NOT WORK !!!
You can change IMEI but --> the phone will lost coverage
