    Unhappy Lost orange phone

    Recently I lost my phone, I have orange care insurance included with my tariff.

    The phone fell out of my pocket, I dont think orange are gonna give me a replacement because i did not take much care.

    Does anyone know of some other excuse as to how I lost the phone.
