No offence but i doubt people shall give up their time to teach the whole gsm teachings to you mate, best thing to do is use the search function for the following and read up on them

"Rolis"
"eeprom tools"
"nokia tool 1.8"
"mcu + ppm"

and stuff like that then if you have problems you then ask... best way
