    what purpose does it serve on our phones?

    Netmonitor


    Hmmm...for us? Maybe nothing much. It was, and is used by the engineers and other people who test and develop mobile phones and network systems...
    For a normal user...as like myself itīs just another program to toy with. Of course sometimes itīs nice to see how things "run" when you for example make a call etc...
