can`t turn on my 3310

when i flash got the
Flash erasing error!
Must receive 91 00 FF but received: FF FF FF
Check Vpp, Vbat voltage, phone type …
I tryed to clean the conn..

If your battery is Ok try this in Rolis DCT3 Flasher:
Options->Setup->Other->LPT Setup->Delay Index
set it to higher value
