Here is the software to unlock HD1 & HE1 phones, you don't have to use a datacable, it's generate codes from IMEI and by choosing provider locked of the phone.

After calculate the digit i get this: 184132B0

Do i need my provider number? Its 216-30

What should i do with this hex number? Plz help me im newbie in Alcatels!

Hi

No need to your provider number...Need to know the name of the provider which the phone is locked to.

1.Run the soft:
Enter IMEI number, then choose the name of the provider which the phone is locked to (SFR, Itiniris, MoviStar....or standrad), then press "Voila" a code will be generated.
2.In phone:
Insert your SIM card, and turn on the phone, the phone ask you to enter a code, just enter the code generated and press ok.
It worked for me

But on the list there is no my provider---> Westel, or should i use Standard? And how can i input into my phone a Hexadecimal number (i think i have to convert into decimal isnt it? )

For Provider choose Standard, or try one by one!
To enter the code (Hexadecimal), just do it like you write a SMS, example: to enter "C" just press (hold) "2" until geting "C" (you will see that 2, A, B, C).

The soft works with version < 2.03

If mobile ask you for special code, type this: 25228353.
If ask you for unlock code, use generated code (hexadecimal).
