sim card not working nokia

sim card not working in 3330 downgraded to 3310 .
tried in dads nokia said no network courage and in mine
it`s out a phillips c12 free number or is it locked to that phone
please help

If it is an old Cellnet card then it is locked to the phone, you cannot use it in another phone.

All of the old Phillips C12 phones are like that , I used to have one. I am not sure if there is any way to do something to the sim card or the phone to get it working tho.

I've tried cloning the sim card to remove any locks to the phone and I have also tried changing the IMEI to a phillips format. But that doesnt work.
