full bar signal/can't send sms/can't call

I have here 3310 with full signal bars but can't send message and can't call.

Already flashed with good full flash updated faid, tried also to change imei.

Is it a hardware prob? Pls. help.

Sir, try restoring the factoring settings. OR if you want go to settings, then look at "fixed dialling"---it must be off.
"closed user group"---must be off
"own number sending" ---must be on

OR, you might as well look at what line number you are using, because if it's line2---you can't call.

try looking at your net monitor menu's just like BTS test, sometimes, (in special times) i accidentally turn the stupid thing and got my phone locked and useless.. hehehe ( of course after turning the stupid thing off, it works fine again)
