N 620 contact provider and dead

1) direct light on when insert battery on it

2) direct light on when start power button but pcs dont on.

3) contact service provider "

i have to flash all above pcs and try to resolve the contact service
by software

please help by hardware thanks

Try to reheat or reball the CCONT or COBBA.

you should remove charge socket and then clean its place and socket too with strong cleaner .Now you should put socket in its place and fix it (with boliwer or other soulition) .
