Rollis buffer too small?

I tried to flash my brother's 3210 but I keep getting this message:

Could it be a bad cable connection? I've heard of people haing problems with 3210 cables with misaligned pins...

try using a dejan box and dejan's software (MCU and PPM uploader) it worked fine for me... (after a month of sleepless night to get the darn thing working!!!)

i forgot to mention, i did some little modifications to the cable before i got it working.....
