Change Contacts with Windows ?

Is there any comfortable program to add contact entries via
windows to my N7650 ?

there you can only import conatct from other phone ..

i'd like to enter them by hand .. or import them
from a csv list ...

i have not only nokia phones here ..

i dont use outlook.
i already have a csv file generated with a simply tool
out of my siemens phones ..

i dont owe a palm
i dont owe another nokia phone.

is there a simple windows program available
beside the bad nokia suite ?

there is no such program (yet.)

How about LOTUS ORGANIZER? (Included in LOTUS SmartSuite...)
You can even download the Organizer on its own (Like I did many years ago to sync my Psion PDA)
