yes ... I bought a second hand GSM 6210 .. but it is without network ... I flashed it .. but did not appear ...

Then I took it to the hardwares technition ... but he could not find the fault ...

so please help me ... what the mistake could be?

Try removing the internal antennae and clean the connectors with a soft rubber eraser (yeah the one you use to erase pencil lines) after that use a flat screwdriver to bend the connecters a little bit upwards and assemble the phone again.

handset has a hardware problem this can only be fixed with specialised equipment. i can fix this fault for you at a price of £20 inc postage
