    Unable to connect to the Subscriber unit. Unable to retrieve interface handle

    Anyone know how to fix error message in Motorla PST Tools.

    Phone [0000]: ***Error*** Unable to connect to the Subscriber Unit. Unable to retrieve interface handle


    Everything else seems to be fine.

    Phone is v66

    opps - this when try to use flash
