i know that one person on this forum knows about the DCT4 phones software,
it can unlock sp,security code,upgrade & downgrade software ver.,etc.....
plz men, share it with us.... the name of that software is PHOENIX.... anybody knows it? hope you will share it!

This software is the original nokia software and only works for tdma and cdma nokia phones and it need expensive security box and dongle.
