Stacker Problems

Im kinda new to this. And im having a couple problems installing a full version of Stacker.

Iv been given a full version of the application. But when i unzip the file i get 3 additional files: File-id.diz, Stacker.app and Stacker.sis

Do i have to install just the .sis file or is there something extra i need to do with the extra files.

Install the program: Stacker.sis
Send the Stacker.app to the phone. Copy it to the folder where stacker is installed (C:\SYSTEM\APPS\STACKER\).
You can do this whit SeleQ or something...
