anyone got any info for me pls

i have one of these that was flashed and didnt werk it was sent away to be sorted and now connects to all networks but looses signal instantly so im unable to use the phone to me it looks like the MCC+MNC setting is wrong and also the MSIN

does anyone know of a way to correct these errors ?

or anyone who has some advice for me
