6150 v.5.20 unlock/change imei

Hi there i am having serious trouble with my 6150 sw. v 5.20 i can't find any files matching my software version. Can any1 help me ??? Iv'e tried too unlock with another version. Now the phone wont turn on any more.

6150 v5.20 does NOT need to be flashed to unlock. You could have done it with M2BUS data cable and Nokia tool ASM-C or Nokall. Your only hope now is to find another 6150 v5.20 and back up 00270000-00280000 and flash that to your phone. No other phone or version will do so DO NOT try it. Do not try a full flash either as you could make things even worse if you do not know EXACTLY what you are doing. Why not try posting a request for anyone owning a 6150 v5.20?
