m50 update- problem staring WINSWUP

Hi,
I have m50 with sw.090408 and I tried to upgrade to 170408 but it doesn't want to start.
I tried with and without pre-check but the result is the same: No Bootcore detected !
I use a no name cable(3 wires) and it's OK!
Any ideas ?

Try to lower down transmission speed do 59k.

There is no difference!
Nothing resulted from change the baudrate of com port!
Easily the best will be if someone share the bin file(M(MT)17040 with me!
