    Unhappy nokia 3590 at&t

    i have a nokia 3590 from at&t and i want to unlock it so i can use my cingular sim card what can i do and how can i do it...
    right now when i put my cingular simcard it only ask me for a "restriction code" any help will be used and deeply appreciated

    hey i need a unlocking code for the same exact phone and network.

    phone - nokia 3590
    imei - 010119722455330
    network code - 31038
