Please help me!!!!!!!

I have just bought a second hand Nokia 9210 .I can call as well as send message but when i try to connect to Internet ,it doesn't work .I have checked the internet setting and subscribed for the service already.
When I connect , a message like this appears on the screen:
The phone is blacklisted.Contact your cellular network operatoe.
Anyone knows how to solve this ,plz help me .

I had the same problem, and when i checked the internet setting i saw that i misstyped the phone number.
I advise u to check again the internet settings.
