There is absolutely no way to upgrade the memory on the 7650 unfortunatly, the 7650 and 3650 phones both have a special intel processor that has 4 meg of memory built into the same physical piece of silicon that the main processor is on and you cant change the processor to get more memory because there currently arent any better ones out there and even if intel do release a better processor (faster and more onboard memory) then its unlikes that it would be pin compatible with the 7650,

It looks like we are stuck with accepting the 7650 the way it is which is why i have just bought myself an HP Ipaq 5450 to play games and run apps on, it talks to my 750 fine and i can web surf through it no problem because it has built in bluetooth and wifi 802.11b, i have ordered a 512meg sd memory card for it and in addition to the onboard 64meg and 20 meg i will have 596 meg of memory to play with!!! the 7650 could only dream of having that much!!,

I'm not going to get rid of my 7650 though because i will use it in conjunction with my ipaq, i have also got a t68i but the display on the 7650 is just too good for me to think of using the t68i instead!!
