Upload PPM for 3310

Hi,
I would like to upload a new language pack for my 3310 4.24.
What sould i do besides a full backup 200000-400000.

Since i just what to upload the language, do i need to upload the full backup of another phone or just from 320000 - 3D0000??????
Does the flash has the be the same version of mine?

This cannot be done with normal Dejan Flasher, you will not get network coverage. It has to be done with either Dejan MCU/PPM Box, or JIC BOX or TDF4 Box, so unless you have one of these Boxes, dont try it!
