I can't make a full backup on my 6210

I want to make a full backup from my 6210 v3.01, i have tried but
when i open the backup in Nfree it says "Eeprom not found".
What do i do wrong? What's the full range for the software on this phone?
I've used 00200000-005A0000, is this the full range?
Flash type? How do i know what to use? INTELW 8, AMD 8, INTEL 16,
INTELW 16, ATMEL 16 or ST 32. I think my flash id is 00898896.
Boot type 1 or 2?

why dont u try dark flasher 2.8, it is very easy to use and has all the flash loaders
