    hi
    I HAVE JUST AQUIRED 3310 WHICH FREEZES AND DISPLAYS MESSAGE INSERT SIM WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT AND ALSO WHEN SOMEONE PHONES THEY CAN HEAR ME BUT I CAN NOT HEAR THEM I HAVE CHANGED THE EAR PIECE WITH NO JOY

    Problem should be at the harger IC, apply flux and blow with hot air blower.
