8210 problem with inbox

Hi,

This is my first post, so please excuse me if this has already been mentioned. Do you know what could be the problem with my 8210. Everytime I try and access my inbox the screen just goes blank and I have to turn the phone off and then on again. I try the inbox again and the same thing happens.

Anyone know what the problem is?

You need to replace the elastomer or the screen, 100% will fix the problem.

Thanks, I've bought a new elastomer, so I'll try that.

That was happening to mine!
I replaced the elastomer but this only fixed it for a while!
In the end I had to buy a whole new screen module!

Well....new elatomer doesn;t help this...u NEED to change a new LCD and it would fine.
