4 locks closed 3310 424 telfort

thanks to eric i got my 3310 back to live.

But now i've got the problem that it wont accept any simcards cause all 4 locks are closed.
How can i solve this problem?, flashing the phone with a 64kb partitial file won't work.

Will it work when i flash the phone completely with a unlocked version 4.24??

If yes who can help me get this file?
