6210 erased ppm and eeprom!!!

can we still repair this phone:

i have a 6210 and while playing games, it shuts down, and reboots contact service appears on screen. next i tried to read the eeprom 200-600.fls and open with hex editor and found out that eeprom and ppm is erased. can this be repaired???
