Need unlock code for timeport P8767 (verizon)

I need an unlock code (and instructions) for the Verizon Motorola timeport P8767 so that I can make it operable on another CDMA network.

verizon phones shouldn't be subsidy locked

normally the default should be '000000'

fnc 0000000000000 rcl should take you into the programming menu

or you can put it in testmode and clear the phone out etc.
