i got my phone stolen today - a nokia 7210 that i'd had for 11 days.. im so pissed off.. is there any way i can ensure that the imei is blocked? o2cc dont seem to be very helpful.

Ring o2cc and get them to block the fone - they will do it.

I had the same problem with Orange and they finally sorted it out, but it took me three days ( the scumbag even managed to make some calls, which I told orange that I woz not gonna pay 4 )


If they still muck you about, tell them that you are gonna swap networks.

make it blatant you wish to block phone and not just sim.
unless the phone came with the 02 sim, you will need to tell them the imei so they can block it
