Most operators have an email2sms gateway (ours is 031######@linux.mobitel.si for example). Use any regular e-mail bomber. Don't ask me where to get one since I don't support such actions.

But anyone can phone their operator and ask if it is possible to erase all messages waiting in line for their phone.
