have you tried plugging you phone to other charger?
have you dropped your phone?
try replacing your battery and see if the phone still works, and also try the charger if it work on other phone....
else replace the charger.... or replace the phone!
(just kidding!)
"not charging's" common problem is the charger's wires...

it is not the charger nother ther batery i know that is afuse but i can not lacate it
