How to install .class java games?

Rename the *.zip file to *.jar
Then send the file to the phone

look when you download a java applet form the net you will get it in the form of a zip file.. When you uncopress this file you might get 2 things..
A few files out of which one of them has a *.jar or *.jad extension or you might get a lot of files some of which are *.class etc...
In the first case you don't have to do anything but in the second case alll you have to do is rename the zipped file to a java file..
eg....
skyraider.zip-----> rename to skyraider.jar
Simple isn't it...?

the best way to rename is use dos command prompt

suppose the file name is game.zip just rename it using this command

ren game.zip game.jar

after that use the nokia suit to install other wise send it to your hand set and install from there

but when i rename the zip file for exp ...... name.zip it will be
name.jar.zip

do not rename it from windows explorer that will name it as game.jar.zip only ............... you have to do it from dos command prompt


go to the folder where u have downloaded the file and rename it using the ren command eg.


ren game.zip game.jar

this will rename it to game.jar only
