Maxim dongle (Privileged instruction)

i did plug in my maxim dongle on my computer and every time i try to open map creator or any other program i get Privileged instruction, and it seems that the computer don't find the dongle...

what can be wrong ?

i have a new computer running winXP, and i power the dongle trough the USB port

Works perfectly Ok on win98.

your problem is that this software is NOT xp compatible i use mine on my windows me system as it simpley will not work om my xp system. this is also true for most unlocking software

i did try it on a computer with win 98 today and it works 100 %
