SIM Application Toolkit programming

Need an advice starting programming SIM ATK.

What literature better describes SIM ATK?
What SDK are available?
What hardware SIM reader/writer and cards is needed?

search for ETSI i think for technical data, As for the reader i use an ACR20S £60 from basiccard, but not much software support this. Why are you interested in the Sim App tool kit. and do you have any data? i am very interested in this area
