how come your imei starts with a '1'? also try postin in correct section'free dct4 codes' maybe you get better results there

it is really strange that your IMEI begins with 1 but here are the codes anyway

ignore the "restriction code" thing. just remove the simcard, power on the phone (the phone will display "insert sim card" message) then type the first here:

just being curious, what happens if i entered the code more than 5 times?

if you type the wrong code 5 times the phone will display "Cannot undo restriction" and will not accept any code you enter from that point.
it will still function like always but you will be able to unlock it only with cable.
